1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern the use of services provided by G&A Cretan Routes Transfer.
By confirming your booking, you fully and unreservedly accept the following
terms and conditions.

2. Service Description & Vehicle Capacity

Vehicle Type: Services are provided using a premium 8-seater vehicle (Mercedes-Benz Vito).

Maximum Capacity: The vehicle can carry a maximum of
8 passengers plus the driver. According to Greek law this limit cannot be exceeded
(including infants and children). The driver reserves the right to refuse transport if the
number of passengers exceeds the declared booking.

Luggage: Customers must declare the number of suitcases. In case of excessive luggage
volume that cannot safely fit in the trunk, the company is not responsible for the inability
to transport all items.

3. Safety & Conduct Rules

Cleanliness & Damages: In the event that professional deep cleaning
(bio-cleaning) is required due to passenger fault (e.g., vomiting, spilled liquids, extreme dirt),
the customer is liable for an immediate fee of €120 – €150 to cover cleaning costs
and vehicle downtime.

Smoking Policy: Smoking, e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products
are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times.

Safety Belts: The use of seat belts is mandatory for all passengers by law.

Right of Refusal: The driver reserves the right to refuse transport
to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those displaying aggressive
behavior that threatens the safety of the driver or other passengers.

4. Waiting Times & Delays

  • Airport Pickup: 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from flight landing.
  • Port Pickup: 30 minutes of free waiting time.
  • Hotel / Address Pickup: 15 minutes of free waiting time.

After the free waiting period, additional charges may apply per
15-minute interval. We monitor flight and ferry schedules
for delays and adjust pickups accordingly.

5. Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: May be charged up to 100% of the transfer value.
  • No-show: Bookings where the passenger does not appear are fully charged.
  • Modifications: Free of charge up to 12 hours before the transfer, subject to availability.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

Technical Failure: In the event of an unforeseen mechanical breakdown,
the company commits to providing an alternative vehicle (owned or partner-operated)
to complete the transfer at no extra cost.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather,
strikes, accidents involving third parties, or emergency traffic regulations.

Lost Items: The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
If found, we will notify the customer. Shipping or courier costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We collect only essential data (name, phone number, flight details) exclusively for
booking execution. Your data is never shared with third parties unless required by law
or necessary for service completion by a certified partner.
